What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

I own and manage all digital advertising channels globally, such as paid search, paid social and display. I drive the creative team to built the assets I need and with data and analytics led approach, I optimize on our channel performance. I contribute to the company growth!

You will be responsible for and take pride in....

  • Own the marketing media mix, working closely with the Field marketing to establish the distribution of budget by channels, market, country and deliver the best ROAS possible
  • Build best in class digital practice through both proven channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Review Sites) and new channels to test (programmatic, direct buys, affiliates...)
  • Plan, activate and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels, from SEM to Paid Social and Display
  • Keep a close pulse on the allocated budget and KPI pacing, as well as efficiencies - making daily adjustments to performance levers such as creatives, ad formats, targeting strategies and bidding to ensure performance marketing goals are achieved
  • Take initiatives to explore new platforms and inventory sources to test where we can grow the business
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams in order to build creative assets, and providing them with feedback on what works, what doesn't with the objective to build a pipeline of new assets pertinent to each advertising channel
  • Report on a regular basis on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix for the country, working with analytics team as required

You should recognize yourself in the following...

  • 5y+ experience in B2B Saas Digital Advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Advertising Suite, LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills - you'll know your way around numbers and be able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations around what you think we should be doing next
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be working cross functionally and need to build strong relationships with Product, Content and Sales teams
  • Capability to drive and own your own performance and time. You'll have the opportunity to bring your own bright ideas and make strategic decisions and you'll need to be willing to get your hands dirty
  • You are able to deliver campaigns at a fast pace, optimizing the workflow
  • A testing mindset - you'll be a creative problem solver, always on the lookout for new campaign types and channels to test to reach our target audiences
