As a Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media, you will be responsible for overseeing the largest source of revenue contribution to our rapidly scaling company.

Our paid media programs are where many of our prospective clients first learn about our solution and how we can keep their customers secure while scaling their business. As an analytical, experienced paid media marketer, you will help us meet our overall company goals by managing ppc, paid search, and paid social campaigns. You won't have to do it alone, not only will your team be there to support you but you will be able to leverage an experienced outside agency to help implement your plans.

What you'll do as a Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Programs at Vanta:
  • Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, paid search, paid social, display network, and other facets of paid media in accordance with team goals
  • Actively manage a paid search agency, ensuring they have the resources and creative assets to hit the targets you set for them
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Work with an SEO manager and agency to create and iterate keyword lists
  • Define what a quality PPC and paid social conversion goal is for your campaigns
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to create ads, continuously testing new creative and techniques
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads, LinkedIn and other contextual advertising programs
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools. Point out key areas of importance in accordance demand team goals
  • Work closely with marketing team members to ensure paid media campaigns are an extension of current GTM campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns aligned with Vanta brand
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, focusing mostly on Twitter and LinkedIn, but experimenting with other networks
  • Develop a test and learn approach for paid advertising programs
How to be successful in this role:
  • Meeting and exceeding pipeline goals for Vanta paid digital programs. You will have a hand in defining realistic goals for your campaigns
  • Working with your agency partners to ensure they exceed targets you set for them
  • 5+ years managing paid advertising programs
  • 3+ years managing marketing agencies
  • Managed large paid advertising budgets
  • Expert in SEM using Google Ads, Bing, other search engines
  • Understand performance marketing, conversions, B2B customer acquisition
  • Analytical mindset with natural curiosity to stay up to date with SEM and paid media trends

We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election.
