What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

I own and manage all digital advertising channels for America, such as paid search, paid social, and display. I influence the creative team to build the assets that perform, and with a data and analytics-led approach, I optimize our channel performance. I contribute to company growth!

You will be responsible for and take pride in....
  • Identify the most effective marketing channels to build pipeline, across a broad range (e.g. SEO, PPC, paid media, email automation, social media and webinars)
  • Conceptualizing and planning Creative Content with data.ai's Marketing/Content/PMM/Insights Teams to help achieve our growth retention and revenue goals
  • In partnership with Integrated Marketing, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across the most relevant digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Display ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation on our target account list through ABM programs
  • Optimize our existing digital media campaigns/landing pages across multiple channels, from SEM to Paid Social and Display
  • Optimize the effectiveness of our existing marketing channels such as websites (incl. chat bot), social media channels, etc.
  • Capture intent traffic from review sites
  • Keep a close pulse on the allocated budget and KPI pacing, as well as efficiencies - making adjustments when necessary in creatives, ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding to ensure performance marketing goals are achieved
  • Team up with the marketing teams to establish the distribution of budget per channel, market, to deliver the best ROAS possible
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, reporting on CAC, ROI, etc.
  • Manage the creation of campaign landing pages
  • Provide accurate digital analytics
  • Run A/B tests of landing pages and website content to improve results
  • Map and propose new mediums that can contribute to referring traffic to our website, boost brand authority, and reach niche audiences for our business
  • Support field teams with promotion and tracking of webinar and other digital events
You should recognize yourself in the following...
  • Experienced in digital marketing, including performance analytics, covering demand generation, channel optimisation, web management and CRM
  • 5 + years' Digital Marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B product
  • Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels including Google Suite (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). You will know how to increase conversion rate through great ads and you will enjoy testing content on landing pages.
  • Experienced understanding how the channel mix and content need to be adjusted for different markets and audiences
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing cross-disciplinary projects under compressed timeframes
  • Proven record in successfully managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently
  • KPI focused mind-set, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performance
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in making changes to website journeys to improve UX
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
