The web team is responsible for www.servicetitan.com, the flagship website for ServiceTitan. The website is one of our most critical tools for lead generation; it's continually being updated and improved while we field requests from all across the organization. We strive to find the right balance between user experience and increasing conversions, and are committed to implementing web, design and conversion rate optimization best practices throughout both.

We are looking for a team member who has experience working in a CMS and understands the holistic nature of enterprise-level demand generation websites.

ServiceTitan is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Associate to join the Web Team, within the DemandGen department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Web Marketing, this person will work closely with stakeholders to bring their ideas to life on the web. From building pages in Contentful, to making content and image updates, to working closely with our designers and developers to do quality assurance checks on web projects, the person in this position plays a pivotal role on the web team.

We are looking for a team member who has experience working in a CMS and understands the holistic nature of enterprise-level demand generation websites.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and update prospect and customer facing web content in Contentful CMS
  • Provide recommendations to stakeholders using web best practices and an understanding the www.servicetitan.com architecture
  • Help QA team and web developers troubleshoot and test bugs
  • Create Jira requests for the web developers
  • Develop deep understanding and ownership of web templates and how they can be most effectively utilized and improved
  • Assist with audit and content migrations as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience creating pages and content in Contentful or a comparable CMS
  • Comfort and interest in spending most days in Contentful, Figma, Jira, Hive and the Google suite
  • Experience working in a high-velocity environment
  • A commitment to upholding brand and web standards and best practices
  • An appreciation for and understanding of scalability and sustainability as it relates to large websites that will continue to grow
  • The ability to pivot and adapt as priorities shift
