As a UK Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of our UK Marketing team working closely with both the UK and US marketing teams and lead generation campaigns to support our UK GTM plans.

You'll be a critical member of the team, helping build engagement in our product propositions and delivering a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities for our sales and partnerships team.

What you'll do:

  • Working in close collaboration with our UK sales and partnerships teams, you will lead the execution of multi-channel demand and lead generation campaigns utilising earned, owned and paid media channels, delivering high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales pipeline for nurturing and/or conversion. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting using appropriate tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards to measure demand generation KPIs and report back to internal teams and business unit leadership. Accelerate our B2B organic social media outreach, leveraging great content and messaging to best effect. Develop social media campaigns that help build awareness and engagement amongst our target audience and drive traffic to our website. Perform market analysis and research competitor activity to optimise campaign effectiveness.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging campaigns and execute effectively, using data and technology to drive MQLs.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage tight schedules.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a small but growing team, yet also with the ability to work independently and unsupervised as needed.

  • 3+ years of demand generation experience with a B2B Saas brand, ideally in the healthtech sector marketing to NHS organisations.
  • Experience of using campaign measurement tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics) to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Experience of managing multi-channel B2B demand and lead generation campaigns utilising earned, owned and paid channels.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving start-up environment.
