What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

As an integral member of our Customer Education and Sales Enablement team, I work with my teammates on the ongoing production and delivery of our App Annie Academy assets. App Annie Academy currently provides our clients with bite-sized training videos geared to accelerate our clients' onboarding and enhance their continued educational experience. It spans across key product solutions and features and is currently offered in eight languages.

You will be responsible for and take pride in...

• Using storyboards and scripts provided to you to create on-demand e-learning training videos, and maintaining the library of Academy videos.
• Working autonomously and in group settings on various projects and initiatives, and managing entire projects from start to finish.
• Conducting regular audits of assets to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Cross-collaborating with our localization manager and their translation team to translate our videos and educational assets into multiple languages.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of other multimedia customer training materials, including infographics, e-learning presentation slides, instructor-led training courses, and similar assets.

You should recognize yourself in the following...

• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality educational/training video content, such as visual and audio recording and editing.
• Expert knowledge of Camtasia or other video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Engaging audio presence and comfort recording audio tutorials.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results as your deliverables will be client-facing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with cross-functional teams across our global offices.
• Ability to work remotely and still adhere to tight deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Experience working in the mobile and/or app industry or knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a plus!
