About The Role

The last time an insurance company entered the S&P 500 was before World War II. This is an industry begging for a new approach and the right candidate has the drive and willingness to take risks to set a new standard and help fuel Coalition's next stage of hyper growth. As Creative Director, you'll manage and work alongside a growing team of designers, animators and content makers, and be accountable for the creation and implementation of creative across all of Coalition's marketing communications.

This role will work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure Coalition is consistent, compelling and differentiated in all of our communications. The ideal candidate must thrive on projects big and small, whether multi-media campaigns or sales collateral creation.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end creative guidance throughout the lifecycle of a project from conception to scoping to production and delivery
  • Onboarding and collaborating with external creative resources whether freelancers or agencies
  • Guiding and scaling a creative team through hyper growth
  • Concept and implement creative solutions for digital and traditional channels that activate and empower insurance brokers and their small businesses consumers

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of copywriting experience working within both agency and in-house settings
  • Must have experience bringing intricate topics to life for B2B brands within the technology industry
  • A portfolio demonstrating a high caliber of work across media types including broadcast, digital and social media
  • Passion for mentoring and working alongside creative professionals ranging from motion graphics, writers, data visualization, animation, video, and photography
  • Highly collaborative, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills with experience conveying your vision and ideas to senior leaders
