Copywriter Social Media

Our newly recreated Employer Branding team spans our growing offices across Europe, Asia, and North America, and plays a crucial role in Revolut's development into a major international business. Operating across branding, communications, marketing, and recruitment, we work with all areas of the business to support rapid growth, and to develop our employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction and retention system.

About the role

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for creation and distribution of original, compelling content to wow potential candidates via blogs and social media to help increase Revolut's employer brand awareness. All social media content will be fed into our own dedicated employer branding social media channels (Revolut Insider). Copywriting at Revolut is a reflection of who we are as a company: a mix of creative and technical that understands our EVP message and target audiences. This is an opportunity to weave storytelling into our communications to create copy that engages every audience.

The role is a great mixture of copywriter and social media specialist. You will be working closely with Employer Branding Managers.

What you'll be doing

• Creating, scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels according to Employer Branding social media strategy
• Looking for great stories inside the company in line with our EB strategy
• Interviewing our amazing Revoluters across the globe
• Co-create EB social media strategy (together with EB Managers) ; contribute to and suggest long-term strategic content projects
• Using your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel
• Your daily routine will consist of media planning, copywriting, content management (texts, pictures, videos) and tracking the efficiency

What you'll need

• You're fluent in English and your copywriting skills are impeccable
• You have experience in social media roles delivering highly engaging content and social followings for lots of different audiences and know how to adapt your copy appropriately
• You're a natural storyteller, creative and know how to build awareness
• You understand how to work to a specified tone of voice and with brand-led strategic messaging
• You're a team player and know how to collaborate across functions
• Data-driven approach and know the importance of appropriately quantifying your work
• You're naturally well organised and can keep cool when working to tight deadlines

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience within Employer Branding areas
• Please note, this role can be based remotely from either: Poland, Portugal, Spain, Lithuania or Romania
• We also support hybrid working from our offices in: Krakow, Porto & Vilnius
