The Marketing Strategy & Operations team at Eventbrite is at the forefront of optimizing our marketing engine for peak performance, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the board. As a Content Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns and content that support Eventbrite's marketing and brand strategy. This entails working closely with the stakeholders on the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns and content processes across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

A Day in Your Role

Imagine starting your day with a team meeting where creativity and strategy blend seamlessly. Here, you'll align on campaign/content priorities, review progress, and tackle any roadblocks with cross-functional stakeholders working with you on the campaign/content. Afterwards, you dive into our project management tool, to update campaign/content timelines and ensure everything is on track and deadlines are met.

As the day unfolds, you'll wear many hats, transitioning smoothly between coordinating with our talented content creators, innovative designers, and data-driven analysts. Your mission? To ensure every campaign/content element is perfectly synchronised and ready for a flawless launch. Your problem-solving skills shine when challenges arise, keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine.

In the afternoon, you become a data detective, analysing campaign/content performance and transforming numbers into actionable insights. You prepare detailed reports that highlight successes and uncover opportunities for optimisation. Wrapping up your day, you engage in strategic discussions, brainstorm future campaigns/content processes, and refine processes to drive even greater efficiency and impact.


  • Project manage and coordinate multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and content processes from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the campaign/content owner and cross-functional teams (i.e. content, design, analytics, and event creators) to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, content calendars, and dashboards.
  • Analyse campaign/content performance data to generate insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Implement best practices for campaign/content operations, including workflow management, documentation, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact campaign/content execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve campaign/content processes for efficiency and scalability.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing campaign and/or content operations coordination, and 5+ years of overall working experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and/or content projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Google Spreadsheets and/or Excel
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad managers, email marketing software).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver reporting and insights to the campaign/content owners.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with the event industry and related marketing strategies.
