Remote job description

Wonolo (Work Now Locally) is disrupting the $140BN temporary staffing industry. Founded in 2014, Wonolo's mission is to help people find consistent work. Through our two-sided tech marketplace, we connect hundreds of businesses in need of front-line workers with 1 million underemployed workers in local markets across the United States, within minutes. Wonolo recently raised $140M in growth funding which will continue to help us empower the in-demand workforce by democratizing access to flexible work, opportunities to learn new skills, a living wage, and comprehensive portable benefits and perks.

As a marketplace, Wonolo has two sides - demand, helping companies that need workers ("customers") and supply, helping workers that need jobs ("Wonoloers").

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing Marketing team, and will be the first hire on the content team. An ideal candidate is a gifted storyteller, ensuring that we're providing the right messaging to Wonolo users at every point along their journey. To help support down-funnel progressions, you'll obsess over creating messaging that resonates with your audience - and testing new ways and tactics by analyzing results. You thrive over tackling fresh new content ideas while also looking to improve and optimize existing materials to strengthen our brand and best reach our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity as we know our story, but we need your help to share it! You will shape how we tell Wonolo's story and connect the dots on what matters most to customers and Wonoloers. This is an exciting role that is highly visible and collaborative - you will work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Account Managers, and Program Managers.

If you love crafting stories through connecting data with customer needs, while working for a mission-based company that aspires to provide fulfilling & flexible job opportunities to the underemployed, then we invite you to apply!

We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States and Canada #LI-Remote.
