The Brand Marketing Specialist is a critical role in the success of the Integrated Brand team and for Typeform as a whole. You will manage the execution and operations of various brand channels with a focus on organic (and some paid) social media. This includes: planning and publishing on organic channels, community management, analyzing and optimizing performance, competitive research, and more.

You work closely with the broader marketing teams to help execute campaigns as it relates to paid and/or organic social media support. You should have a solid understanding of full funnel marketing execution.

You are a marketing generalist with a deep understanding of the brand and social media specialty OR you are a specialist with a solid understanding of general marketing practices.

You have experience in (or an understanding of) the environment within a high-growth startup - in that you may wear many hats and that responsibilities may shift to support the needs of the business.

You will report into the Brand Marketing & Media function under the social media discipline.

About the Role

What you'll do:

  • Supporting development, planning and publishing of paid and organic social media content campaigns
  • Track asset development/approvals to support calendar and go-live dates.
  • Manage execution across all social media channels through agency, vendor and internal partners
  • Monitor inbound activity as day-to-day community manager and develop a sustainable community management maintenance plan as Typeform continues to grow.
  • Identify opportunities to engage with non-customer service messages and respond in Typeform's tone of voice-building a rapport with customers and prospects alike.
  • Create and drive campaign strategies to increase social engagement and sentiment.
  • Stay up to date on latest social trends and tools and implement them for social campaigns delivery.
  • Utilize reporting to measure, evaluate, and analyze social media performance to determine campaign success and provide recommendations and optimizations on an ongoing basis.
  • Creating various listening reports to analyze mentions, sentiment and topic themes related to Typeform brand and products.
  • Help manage the day-to-day operations including but not limited to competitive tracking, generating UTMs for paid social/paid media for integrated brand campaigns, updating content calendar/publishing calendar, etc.

Measure:

  • Increase engagement (likes, shares, etc.) across all social media channels.
  • Increase following on all social media channels.
  • Help improve operational efficiency (project management, creative development, etc.) within the Integrated Brand team as it relates to these responsibilities

About You

Here's what we are after:

  • 3+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand, Advertising and/or Communications or relevant work experience.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Not afraid to try new things - driven to test, learn, and constantly improve results
  • Team player with excellent people skills especially working to align functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, metrics and deadline-driven.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective capabilities for organic/paid marketing
  • Familiar with social media listening tools (i.e. Sprout Social, Khoros)
  • Familiar with Google Analytics
