We're looking for a sharp customer marketing manager to help develop our customer marketing strategies, drive advocacy and lead revenue expansion campaigns with strategic customer accounts.

The customer marketing manager is a new role for our organization. You'll have the opportunity to help define our ABM strategy with our most strategic customer accounts, lead the development of programs and help grow the team over time. You'll work with some of our most exciting customers, including Meta, Microsoft, GM, and more.

As they say, the easiest sale you'll ever make is from the customer you already have. In this role, you'll help define and own expansion pipeline goals in partnership with our sales team. You'll execute advocacy and growth campaigns within strategic customer accounts to support expansion pipeline goals.

Success in this role aligns with the following outcomes:

  • Meet strategic expansion pipeline targets each quarter
  • Increase visibility and advocacy across strategic accounts as measured by overall account activity and engagement
  • Grow the library of successful customer stories and content-targeting 4 customer stories per quarter, in partnership with the product marketing team
  • Execute a minimum number of strategic customer marketing events in partnership with our field marketing events team
  • Partner with strategic account teams to prioritize account focus and define expansion pipeline goals
  • Regularly engage with sales in strategic customer calls, meetings and interactions to understand the voice of the customer
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic customer marketing campaigns to drive customer account engagement and exceed pipeline goals
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns using ABM strategies coupled with email, paid media, and organic social and other channels
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing and Events team to plan and drive strategic account engagement through high-quality customer events and tradeshows
  • Help lead efforts with Customer Advisory Board meetings, QBRs and onsite meetings
  • Lead the development of compelling customer stories and content in partnership with product marketing
  • Create the distribution plan for customer content
  • Manage a portion of the overall marketing budget dedicated to customer marketing efforts
  • Deliver continuous updates on performance in relation to spend
  • Work closely with our Brand Interactive Team, contractors, and agency partners to execute campaigns
  • Leverage analytics and sales operations teams to define KPIs, and then visualize and report on campaign performance and pipeline growth
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer marketing or demand generation role where strategic account focus and revenue expansion was a priority
  • Demonstrated results from running customer growth programs that delivered pipeline and revenue, including the use of ABM strategies and tactics
  • Hands-on experience with account targeting in performance marketing channels; Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube others
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and/or other automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude or other analytics tools
  • Working knowledge with website CMS, landing page, and ABM personalization platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
  • Basic understanding of BI reporting: Tableau, Google Data Studio or others
  • Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
  • Design or media editing skills a plus: Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva
