Revolut India will look to introduce multiple digitally-enabled products across banking, cards and payments, foreign exchange remittances, investments and other financial services. We will help customers improve their financial health, give them more control, and connect people seamlessly across the world. Compliance team at Revolut supports development of products and services that our customers love, and while doing so, maintains a strong compliance governance framework that could be trusted by our customers, regulators and other stakeholders. The team is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that Revolut's operations comply with the applicable regulatory requirements and group's policies.

We're looking for a pragmatic, organised and passionate Regulatory Compliance Manager who will ensure that Revolut operates in conformity with the regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and bylaws.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Assess the regulatory compliance risks faced by the business and to ensure that the company appropriately manages those risks;Create and implement organisational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations;

Disseminate regulations to business and support function and provide ongoing advisory services to ensure that the company operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements and Revolut's global compliance standards;

Advise business and functional teams on complex regulatory compliance related matters and support with external clarifications when needed;

Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the management & regulators;

Provide guidance, advice, and/or training and educational programs, to improve business' understanding of regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You are a self-motivated, highly organised and focused individual;

You have a deep and sound knowledge of regulatory policies within financial services;

You have awesome communication skills in order to effectively communicate key regulatory changes and updates to stakeholders;

You are able to work independently and with changing priorities;

You are able to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with diverse teams and across stakeholders of varying seniority;

You are comfortable in using tech software to manage work-streams;

You have a genuine interest in the regulated financial services environment.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be working with the India team on initiatives of strategic importance to the Indian territory, and report to the Head of Compliance in India directly.
