Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an integral role in insurance product development and innovation. ou will be responsible for supporting the product compliance team with its preparation and review filings. Day to day, your work may include a review of forms for new and existing insurance products, partnering with the technology team to implement approved filings Vouch's online product, and assisting with audits and QA of forms. This role is a great opportunity for motivated insurance or compliance professionals looking to transition into a product compliance practice.

Job Duties

• Assist with pulling and completing filing transmittals
• Request Certificate of Compliance signatures from Company Officer and Carrier
• Request Filing Authorization Letters from Carrier
• Assist with assigning form numbers
• Assist with the uploading of forms into the new forms management database
• Send monthly filing reports to the carrier

About you:

• Working understanding of insurance form and rate filing process
• Adept at bringing creative insurance product ideas to solve ambiguous problems
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on real-time interaction, either written or verbal
• A strong ambition and excitement to focus on the customer, technology startups
• Excitement to learn to work with key tools including Verisk / ISO and SERFF
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize high impact work
• 3+ years of experience in insurance, commercial P&C experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Prior experience working directly with state insurance regulators
• Exposure to early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
