We are hiring a QUOTATION SPECIALIST to work in Nashville with a global leader in the Healthtech and Medical Device industry. You will be providing quotes to customers that need service on their medical equipment or devices.

-This is a 6-month assignment, with the potential to be hired on permanently!
This job starts as a WORK FROM HOME position and will eventually transition on site to our client's location in downtown Nashville.

This is a 4x10 shift! You work 4 days and are off 3 days. We are hiring for the Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 2pm-12:30am shift.

Pay: $21 per hour (W2)

Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what's covered and what's not
Ensure accuracy of quote provided to customer
Ensure T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered
Ensure the terms and conditions of quote are compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate the quoting activity to meet required business and customer turnaround time
Ensure the service delivery is released on time when quote is accepted by customer

24/7 Coverage, Shifts can be changed per business requirements.

2-4 years experience in related field or Education Equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Energetic, friendly, outgoing, proactive personality
Must have good organizational and time management skills
Must be able to analyze situations relating to customer needs and react accordingly in a timely fashion.
Must be able to function independently with a minimum amount of supervision.
