Serverless Node.js Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join the core-team of Innovation Labs as a Serverless Node.js Engineer.

The role will require expanding on existing and building new backend functionality for several internal company tools and public facing websites. In this role, you will develop integration plans and create JavaScript AWS Lambda functions to support our UI/UX team and overall company vision. You Should be able to rapidly understand complex concepts and propose integration & development plans.

What are we looking for

• Adept in backend JavaScript (Node.js) development
• Skilled with writing serverless / AWS Lambda functions
• Strong working knowledge of API-based platforms
• Good understanding of performance optimization and scalability
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and experience working with Jira (or similar project management tools)

What we offer

You shall participate in our Community Driven Venture Model, which means remuneration is based on a combination of factors. This unique model will distribute the profits of the Company among the directors and the team, and has no salary-cap.

The remuneration amount depends on the factors as described below:

• The number of team members to share the profits with
• Your salary factor. For example: the salary factor for a Senior team member will be higher compared to a Junior team member
• The number of hours worked
