BitPay is looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our People Ops team! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Sourcing Specialist will identify qualified candidates to fulfill our ambitious goals for expansion. You will leverage research and multiple channels to source qualified candidates. This is an excellent remote opportunity for a motivated person to be a key source of talent while joining a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Identify innovative sourcing strategies and methods to build a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Work collaboratively with our Talent Specialist and hiring managers to define candidate requirements
• Consistently deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Promote employment brand through media channels
• Identify and engage with colleges and recruiting events to generate qualified candidates
• Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking System and report on recruiting activities while staying compliant
• Maintain knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends and industry standards
• Support the people operations team with administrative tasks (i.e. schedule interviews, event planning, job postings)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and market research
• Experience leveraging an ATS and utilizing creative sourcing methods and channels
• Strong relationship building skills with a positive can-do attitude
• Collaborative team player with an attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve goals and objectives
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Located in the eastern standard time zone
