Talent Acquisition Principal

Play an integral role in driving our company forward by taking charge of the full recruitment process for all of our open roles

• Actively search, identify and reach out to potential candidates while ensuring a professional recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Closely collaborate with our team across different functions and benefit from flat hierarchies
• Identify new strategies that ensure we get the best people on-board
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews (if possible)
• Support with other HR and team-culture topics

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup)
• Ideally some experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new topics and collaborate with others to develop our sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding strategies from scratch
• Take full ownership of your projects and drive the future of the company by playing a critical role in getting the right talent on-board
