About the role:

Our Talent team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the best startup team in America. We are looking for a strong partner to work with hiring managers to strategically find top talent. We're in hyper-growth mode so we need someone with the drive and passion to work efficiently, eager to collaborate with senior stakeholders on finding the right talent for their respective teams. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing and closing the best talent for long term Medallion success.

You will:

  • Be an integral part of a growing team of talent acquisition experts, with the goal of building the best start up team
  • Act as a partner and consultant to your hiring managers, advising them from intake to close
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, and use data to make operational decisions that improve the process along the way
  • Build diverse pipelines of candidates through strategic sourcing
  • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions

  • You have relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
