Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our People and Talent team that has full-cycle experience sourcing and closing engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.

Role

  • Operate and own a fullcycle recruitment funnel taking candidates through initial outreach to offer extension and closing for multiple roles and engineering departments
  • Actively source and engage with engineering talent across a variety of platforms
  • Participate in virtual events as both a Fast brand talent ambassador and inhouse recruiter
  • Consistently hit sourcing and hiring targets and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Work with teammates to improve hiring process and systems in a collaborative manner
  • Contribute to the team's growth by adhering to best practices and providing an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a technical recruiter in either a fastpaced startup or an atscale tech company
  • Familiar with leading sourcing tools and tech platforms and online communities where engineers are found
  • Familiarity with technical specs for engineering roles in backend, frontend, fullstack and other areas of engineering specialization

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in technical recruiting at both startups and large public companies
  • Experience in technical recruiting for payments or ecommerce companies
  • Experience recruiting in a remote environment
