As a Sr. Specialist HR Operations, you will be responsible for leading day to day design and execution of support transactions, discovery sessions on new process designs and audits. The right candidate will demonstrate ability to navigate ambiguity while driving successful projects to completion.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner and influence on a range of Human Resources processes that could include Employee Onboarding, Employee Transfers, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation, and Verifications of Employment.
  • Act as liaison and subject matter expert of HR Ops across cross functional projects
  • Lead day to day support transactions across HR Operations from a system, process and policy perspective.
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead discovery conversations with our Employee Experience and Total Rewards team on how to improve our day to day processes and transactions.
  • Lead conversations and tracking of success metrics for Employee Experience.
  • Ensure easy, user-friendly access to and appropriate distribution of HR information, reports and metrics across all users within the company.
  • Provide training on new and existing functionality to new and existing users as well as support of users after go-live.
  • Assist with UAT re: improvements/enhancements to new and existing HR applications, reports, business processes
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.
  • Proven ability to successfully navigate ambiguous environments and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical and data validation skills, experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Prior knowledge of HRIS policies, procedures, systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of Workday position management
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a BA or BS degree.
  • 3+ years Workday HCM experience is preferred.
