Stefanini is looking for Sr. Recruiter (100% Remote) Job Overview:It takes high-caliber people with passion, energy and commitment to create and deliver technologies that drive human progress.We need exceptional people to find that talent.The Emerging Talent Recruiting (ETR) Team within Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting interns and recent graduates to the company.We consider complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Day to Day Responsibilities:Partner with Talent Strategists and Stakeholders to support the hiring objectives of your aligned Business Unit.Build the candidate pipeline via various channels such as partner schools, employee referrals, direct sourcing and personal/social networking; leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Workday, Handshake, and Avature to source/mine candidates.Screen and assess candidates to determine potential fit for talent profiles.Research effective methods to identify diverse talent and help sustain ongoing Diversity strategies.Drive the candidate journey end-to-end including salary negotiations and job offers that involve influencing skills to both candidates and our stakeholders.Manage and adhere to recruitment compliance guidelines.Grow and enhance recruiting skills in alignment with the Rockstar recruiting competencies.Attend and engage in Emerging Talent recruiting and summer intern activities as needed.Be involved in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, graduate, and other ad-hoc projects.

Essential Skills:5 to 8 years' experience within Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on recent graduates.Experience to directly source candidates via diverse social channels, ability to build candidate pools with their respective market streams.Outstanding customer focus to create candidate and stakeholder experience, ability to build and maintain relationships.Phenomenal organization skills to track detailed information on requisitions, candidates, and offers.Process orientation, consulting skills, excellent communication. Desirable Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
