Senior Recruiter

This position will sit in Frisco, TX or Rogers, AR

Transplace's Talent Acquisition team may be a great fit for you We are seeking highly-motivated, skilled recruiters to partner with hiring managers to create a great candidate experience and hire the "best candidate" for Transplace.

• Coordinate recruitment and selection of quality talent in partnership with the hiring manager, ensure a positive candidate experience; and, educate the manager on the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist with new hire integration & onboarding
• Support HR communications (internally and externally) ensuring alignment to our Core Values and strategy
• The Sr. Recruiter will be in the office three days a week and remote two days a week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

• Create and post requisitions for job openings; Conduct pre-screen interviews; Schedule and manage interviews from initial meeting through the panel interview process; Conduct pre-employment skills assessments and background screenings; Report on any issues of concern.
• Create offers on final candidates.
• Special projects as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Working knowledge of HRIS (UKG) and other hiring resources/websites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and other applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Employment Laws and Practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection programs and best practices, and related tools.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3 years experience with recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
