The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will deliver exceptional full-cycle talent acquisition support to Apollo hiring managers within Engineering and Product. You will help in building and cultivating our A-team by building a strong talent pipeline and assessing candidate's skills, experiences, and ultimate fit in the organization. You will be responsible for primary oversight and execution of the Apollo recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and closing the best talent in our markets.

As top-of-the food chain Technical Recruiter you collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional business leaders in building the future teams of Apollo and helping teams scale faster, you will be a key member that will have a big impact on the overall success of the company.

  • Supporting the Technology Recruiting by building a pipeline of top, executive-level candidates through researching and sourcing for candidates via various tools including but not limited to our own internal tooling, i.e. the Apollo platform (which is a massive database), as well as mainstream tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Leverage professional network and market knowledge depth to uncover passive talent akin to external exec search firms
  • Collaborate with the team and Apollo ELT on sourcing, outreach, and nurture strategy
  • Monitor team metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Contact and engage candidates (most candidates are very passive for these skillsets and levels)
  • Qualifying candidates for leadership scope, technical, and cultural fit
  • Staying abreast of news in the tech startup and SalesTech, sales enablement space, etc.
  • Represent Apollo in the market with integrity and professionalism
  • 6+ years of overall fast-paced, high-performing talent acquisition experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on prior internal technical sourcing and full-lifecycle recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of ATS / requisition management experience in corp TA environment with a fundamental understanding of recruiting metrics and corresponding data integrity. Junk requisition management makes for junk reporting.
  • Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies
  • Track record for successfully identifying and engaging exceptional tech talent
  • Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels (outbound tools, web, social/professional networks, etc.)
  • Experience with nurturing candidates over time to be top of mind when they're ready to make a job change

  • Executive Sourcing and Recruiting experience in formal dedicated capacity
  • Expert tool knowledge with outbound sourcing tools, LI Recruiter, Gem, Apollo, Looker, etc.
