The Recruiting Lead role, in a nutshell:

We are looking for an experienced and creative recruiter to partner with our Head of Talent and grow Mutiny in a rapid but thoughtful way. We raised our Series A from Sequoia in May and are looking to scale from 60 people to 300 in the next 18 months. The ideal profile is someone who believes that people are the most important part of our company and has the experience and passion to lay the right foundation for our growth.

The most important things to be successful in the role:

  • Lead recruiter or a recruiting manager with ~5-8 years of experience.
  • Has some technical recruiting and sourcing experience at a company with a very high technical bar
  • Has been part of a world-class recruiting team with a very high bar, and is now ready to spread their wings and take a lot more responsibility
  • Someone ambitious with enough experience to establish the function and set up processes on their own.
  • A hands-on builder who wants to create a world-class non-tech recruiting function
  • Creativity, especially when it comes to designing a differentiated candidate experience.
  • Excellent at sourcing and helping hiring managers build good structure for sourcing.
  • Strong collaborator that can partner with hiring managers to continuously get better at finding and closing talented people that match our culture.
  • Can build efficient systems and analytics to help us continuously learn and optimize.
  • A strong leader that can hire and inspire a world class recruiting team.
