Maven is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People team and will support all of Maven's hiring efforts! Our Recruiting Coordinator partners with all of our fabulous Mavens (potential new joiners, and current employees) to ensure a first-class experience that's on point with our brand. Naturally, you're extremely organized, thrive in cross-functional environments and can multi-task like a superhuman prioritizing service, and detail orientation in everything you do.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you get to:

• Curate and facilitate a first-class hiring experience for all candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Work to tight deadlines and timeframes with interview coordination and scheduling (thriving in a super busy environment) creating and fostering partnerships with everyone inside the company (recruiters, hiring managers, interviewing teams, recruiting agencies who we partner with)
• Enabling new users of recruiting tools by setting up their systems access, and ensuring that Greenhouse workflows are what they should be, and follow governance in req creation
• Project management: taking on and leading ad-hoc projects inside recruiting that align us with our company goals, people team specific goals and empower us to hire faster, whilst keeping candidate quality and experience first-class.

We're looking for you to bring:

• Experience with Greenhouse ((ATS) and any other recruiting technology and systems
• Strong attention to detail, pace and hustle to get the job done quickly and efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Operational mindset with problem solving. We love to innovate and challenge industry norms, you should too.
