We're looking for Recruiting Coordinator to support our rapid growth. This role is a great fit for someone interested in growing a career in recruiting or people operations.

In this role, you can expect to:

    • Partner with our incredible recruiting team to drive the recruiting process forward.
    • Work cross-functionally to help build job descriptions and hiring plans and to schedule phone and Zoom interviews.
    • Communicate and build relationships with potential dbt Labs team members, ensuring the best possible candidate experience
    • Track candidates throughout the hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
    • Work closely with the other members of the people operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
    • Assist with or own ad-hoc projects to enhance our hiring velocity and the candidate and interviewer experiences. Including employer branding, sourcing, and process creation/documentation.

You are a good fit if you:

    • Are interested in expanding your knowledge in talent acquisition or people operations
    • Are extremely organized and proactive with follow up
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with competing priorities.
    • Have a proven track record of success in previous roles/internships

You'll have an edge if have:

    • Prior experience in a coordinator role
    • Experience working with an applicant tracking system; we use Lever
    • Experience in a remote-first, global organization

Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
    • Equity stake

What to expect in the hiring process:

    • Phone call with Meg Col?n, Director of People Operations
    • Written task focused on written communication and process documentation. (this should require no more than 1 hour)
    • Panel interview with Erica Ford-Green, People Operations Generalist and Kimi Mashhoon, Technical Recruiter
    • Final Interview with Tristan Handy, CEO
