  • Partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams on error resolution. You will influence process design and product enhancements from user-first principles.
  • Creating project plans to track deliverables and maintain progress aligned to recruiting goals and objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive training, documentation and communication to support the roll out of new initiatives at scale.
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and executing processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Proven program management skills with a bias for action and execution.
  • Experience managing an ATS and multiple system integrations.
  • A consultative and data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to move fast and think big. You're able to solve for current pain points while optimizing for the future.
  • A strategic mindset. You consider the timing and impact of programs across the business and have a proactive approach to mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrated success working on multiple projects with changing priorities.
  • A team player who can also work independently to deliver results.
