About the role:

As a Product management Recruiter, you'll join our ProdX recruiting squad and will focus on building Robinhood's Product Management teams. You'll hone your sourcing toolkit to partner closely with our Chief Product Officer, VP of Product Management, and front-line hiring managers to execute on PM hiring priorities. At Robinhood, we're passionate about delivering awesome candidate experiences at every stage of the recruitment life cycle, by lending genuine insights into our culture, mission, and challenges. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Acting as a recruiting consultant to senior business partners - including but not limited to, improving hiring/interview process, running interviewer trainings, and building candidate proficiency matrices
  • Partnering with Product Management leadership to cement Robinhood's employment brand in the PM space
  • Developing PM-specific, innovative sourcing strategies that extend beyond LinkedIn (deep familiarity with PM talent market mapping, using tools like Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Implementing and executing recruiting programs to attract top talent
  • Providing regular status reports to our executive team and ensuring that candidate data is accurate and up to date
  • Maintaining professional and courteous candidate communication
  • Fostering long-term relationships with prospective candidates

About you:

  • A commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams and a motivation to implement diversity recruiting best practices
  • In-house experience hiring product managers, ideally at a high-growth tech company
  • Passionate about helping build teams that ship high quality consumer products
  • Demonstrable track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates
  • Stellar candidate management and negotiation skills
  • Deep subject matter expertise in handling complex equity offerings (RSUs, Options, etc), and coaching candidates through those offerings
  • Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to be creative and resourcefulHave a self starter attitude with a bias for action, but with the humility to ask the right questions

Bonus points:

  • Have an existing network of product talent, leaders, and organizations
  • Previous start-up experience preferred; if no start-up experience, then at a minimum must have worked at high-growth tech companies
