What you'll be doing

  • Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
  • Coordinating end to end lifecycle operations including pre-onboarding, on-boarding processes and offboarding processes
  • Administrating internal tools and benefits
  • Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
  • Responsible for overseeing internal controls related to payroll and maintaining tax ?ulatory compliance
  • Being accountable for payroll data analysis and reporting in support of management's objectives
  • Partnering with Finance, HR Business Partners to ensure payroll accuracy and timely execution

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist/Administrator/Partner role
  • Experience in global payroll operations
  • Critical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities in order to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Experience with being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation
  • Experience in a service role, working to SLA's and other measurable performance metrics
  • Experience in administering HR operations using automated tools (e.g. via Jira service desk, HRIS, or similar)
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • Desire to operate with a mindset of accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement with the goal of optimizing the employee experience

Nice to have

  • Start-up / Tech Industry / Financial Services experience
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience in a MNC / international team
  • Working knowledge of local employment law and HR Practices
