BitPay is looking for a proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Operations Coordinator will support the People Operations team with administrative responsibilities related to recruiting, event planning, training, and other various people ops related activities. Additionally, the People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for helping to identify qualified candidates to fulfill our ambitious goals for expansion. This is an excellent growth opportunity for a motivated person to join a great team!

This is a remote position. However, the candidate must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of our Alpharetta, GA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing and planning company-wide remote and in-person events
  • Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to filter through incoming resumes for open positions and report on recruiting activities while staying compliant
  • Post open positions via ATS, LinkedIn, and other job boards
  • Promote employment brand through social media channels
  • Schedule interviews using Google Calendar/Meet
  • Help identify innovative sourcing strategies and methods to build a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Engage with colleges and recruiting events to generate qualified candidates
  • Assist in researching and vetting new vendors
  • Support scheduling quarterly Board Meetings
  • Order supplies, including business cards and shipping packages
  • Coordinate and schedule training for all new hires
  • Maintain the Alpharetta office and greet guests, as needed
  • Support the People Operations team with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in general administrative support role and and/or talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and market research
  • Strong relationship building skills with a positive can-do attitude
  • Collaborative team player with an attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Occasional travel to our Alpharetta office
  • Located in Metro Atlanta
