We are looking for a Manager, People Operations to join our People Team here at Clari! This role will be partnering with our Head of People Operations to achieve our goal of supporting company growth, creating a meaningful employee experience, and driving performance and retention. This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

    • Create and lead highly effective documentation and training to support the successful adoption of new people initiatives within the organization
    • Ensuring the team is the point of contact for general employee questions while working with the broader People Operations team to evolve self-service and materials to proactively address common questions
    • Establish opportunities for meaningful team engagement by reimagining current company events, communication, activities, and daily interactions in partnership with the Culture team
    • Be a trusted and reliable HR resource for our team by effectively troubleshooting both people and operational issues
    • Oversee all day-to-day HR administration including immigration coordination, HR compliance, and other miscellaneous HR processes including all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Take a data-driven approach to guide strategic decisions within the People Operations function (i.e. engagement survey results, retention/turnover stats, etc.)
    • Partner with CPO and Head of People Operations to roll out new projects and drive project expectations to team members and stakeholders from start to finish including participation or leading special projects
    • Understand existing processes to recommend updates and strategies to enhance the employee experience
    • Create and run various HR-related reports as needed on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in people operations
    • 2+ years of management experience preferred
    • Understand federal and local state laws
    • Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company preferred
