We are now looking for a Lead Talent Partner for the Business Support and Markets. As a lead to the Business & Markets TA team you will work strategic and operational with talent acquisition towards our Markets & Business Support functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Full life cycle hiring across our markets & business functions.
  • Manage team members, coaching team to grow in the direction that will bring the most business value yet will be aligned with individual goals.
  • Contribute and support the Head of TA in strategic discussions around global staffing plans, growth plans for TA function, & TA strategy.
  • Collaborating with Country Managers, department leads and other senior stakeholders in the Markets & business functions on strategy, staffing plans, quality and efficiency.
  • Driving initiatives and educating the stakeholders for the Markets & Business in relevant Talent Acquisition areas including interview training and diversity & inclusion.
  • Designing and driving various projects to improve processes and try innovative and creative ways of attracting and recruiting talent always with a scientific approach of how to best assess candidates while keeping a strong candidate experience in a scalable way
  • Partner, educate and help the business to plan their growth in a realistic way with the support of relevant data and communicate with all stakeholders continuously and proactively, making sure progress in TA initiatives are visible, barriers escalated and metrics off targets are taken action upon.
  • Track and communicate data on hiring efforts proactively with stakeholders, escalating if problems and taking action.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent In Human Resources / similar field.
  • Several years of experience managing and developing a Talent Acquisition team, preferably at scale
  • Multiple years experience of full life-cycle hiring experience in-house, preferably partly from a start-up context.
  • Experience of working in an International context, with strong knowledge of the global talent market across multiple different business areas.
  • A deep understanding of how to influence, motivate and lead people with or without formal authority and a capacity to develop strong relationships based on trust, respect, effective communication.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written, additional European language skills are a plus. Swedish is not a requirement
