Ironhorse Funding LLC is a financial service provider delivering the most comprehensive and efficient captive subprime finance launching services in the motorcycle and powersports industry. We provide a full suite of services to dealers, distributors, and OEMs in the motorcycle and powersports market.

With our continued expansion, we have an immediate need for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and assist in day to day employee request, payroll, and benefits information.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations , and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Human Resources

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, onboarding , compensation, benefits, payroll, company insurance policies, leave, recognition, morale.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Calendar management / tracking of employee Annual Performance Reviews
  • Maintain master file of Approved Job Descriptions. Update as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
