As a HRIS Lead, you will serve as a functional expert in the areas of Workday, HR data analysis and HR process enhancement. You will play a key role in many company-wide projects and will partner with leaders across the entire organization on a daily basis.

THE ROLE
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Workday human resource information systems (HRIS). Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Works with Human Resources to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Often works with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.

YOU WILL

    • Gather requirements, design, test and implement enhancements in Workday
    • Lead the design and maintenance of HCM reports and dashboards
    • Ensure tenant health by promoting Workday best practices
    • Drive user adoption of new and existing features via thoughtful and thorough change management
    • Conduct working sessions with users to gather, understand, and create business requirements
    • Lead Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.?
    • Administer HR systems security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data security
    • Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits of data; adhere to all SOX controls for proper process and protocols
    • Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
    • Support HRIS and department project managers in implementation of Global HRIS roadmap initiatives by executing on necessary project tasks and adhering to timelines and quality expectations
    • Estimate effort required for configuration, testing and support related to proposed enhancements or projects
    • Act as the administrator of HR Operations' JIRA space, responding to all tickets

THE SKILLSET

    • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration and production support
    • Direct client support experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to deliver both a continuous improvement mindset and tangible high value change by analyzing data and providing actionable insights
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify key trends, and present data in a logical, concise manner
    • Comfortable with embracing change and working in an environment that encourages taking initiative for continual process improvements
    • Effective interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with diverse employees, management and others
