  • Location: Based in France, UK or Germany - Office or Remote based
  • What will you be doing ?
  • Guaranteeing the compliance of Spendesk People policies and processes in France, Germany, the UK and US, through a thorough monitoring of the local labor regulations evolutions;
  • Providing expert advise on labor regulations and employee relations' matters in France, Germany, the UK and US, including dispute prevention and resolutions;
  • Actively supporting the geographical and corporate expansion of Spendesk, through expert advise on local employment regulations;
  • Building and implementing the collective labor relations strategy, including the animation of Spendesk workers-councils.

  • What do you need to have ?
  • Degree or qualification in labor law or employee relations from a European country;
  • 5+ years of experience in labor relations management in more than one European country, France being a must. Indeed, most of the Spendeskers are employed in France;
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, ****ability to solve across a complex group of stakeholders to find a win-win outcomes;
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and trust with different personalities, cultures and levels of expectations within the organisation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, ability to ensure information flows in complex environments.

What you can expect from the process:
