Special Situations Manager

About the team

The finance team is the backbone of Revolut's business. The department has grown from its initial internal accounting remit to a major function that supports all areas of the business, including assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities.

When you join the finance team you get the opportunity to interact with all areas of the company: one day you are involved in a banking license application process, the next you are running analysis for a new product launch, and the next you are working on an executive summary of Revolut's performance for the board of directors.

What you'll be doing

• Direct report to CFO
• Responsible for special projects and situations including but not limited to 1) pricing mergers and acquisitions; 2) initiating investor relations efforts; 3) pricing credit portfolio investments.
• Drive Revolut's business planning process and identify and measure growth and profitability initiatives by acting as a strategic partner to key product and regional Heads of Departments.
• 95% adherence to Budget: Supporting departments to drive growth and profitability initiatives, allocate resources and measure progress against plan.
• 100% forecast accuracy: Supporting the central FP&A team in the quarterly reforecast exercise by defining the assumptions behind the main P&L drivers.
