THE TEAM
It's an exciting time to join Eventbrite! We're on a journey to make our platform even more powerful and intuitive for our most valuable creators. Our continued global growth has led to building out a best in class Accounting and Payroll team. We're looking to add core members to our existing Payroll team, as we continue to scale the company.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Global Head of Payroll to lead our Global Payroll team. The successful candidate will be a proven leader in building a global team and delivering scalable, employee-enabling payroll services. The role will be responsible for managing all payroll related activities, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all global payroll items, and providing guidance to achieve continuous improvements in payroll processes and systems.

Lead Global Payroll team with an integrated vision and establish the global team structure and payroll procedures to best support the company's strategic growth and enable our global workforce.
Partner with key stakeholders from Employee Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations & Systems, Stock Admin, Tax and Accounting in delivering timely, accurate and compliant payroll services.
Accelerate scale through streamlined processes and automation with advanced payroll systems and tools; oversee and continuously evaluate our outsourcing partners and payroll vendors for optimal operating model

THE SKILLSET

    • 10+ years US multi-state and global payroll experience
    • Strong management and leadership skills
    • Statutory and regulatory payroll knowledge
    • Able to implement solid payroll audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Prior experience with system upgrades and implementations
    • Proven ability to identify solutions to problems, listen attentively and resolving conflicts
    • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
    • Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
    • SOX Compliance
