Senior FP&A Analyst

Ankorstore a pour mission de permettre le développement d'un commerce local et authentique. La plateforme Internet veut proposer aux commerces physiques indépendants, qui ont été malmenés ces dernières années par la grande distribution et les géants du e-commerce, des moyens techniques, financiers et logistiques pour se réinventer et proposer une expérience unique.

Ses fondateurs refusent de voir leurs centres villes désertés et envahis par des drive, des points relais et des distributeurs de billets.

Ils ont donc décidé de mettre tout leur savoir-faire (anciens fondateurs et dirigeants d'A Little Market, Etsy et Vestiaires Collective) au service de cette industrie qui pèse plus de 2000 millards d'Euros en Europe (source Insee).

About your role:

As an FP&A Manager on the Finance team, you will play a key role in our financial planning processes and operations. We are looking for someone who has an eye for data and a passion for optimization. The role will partner with various groups across the organization to create, maintain and enhance an accurate budgeting, reporting and forecasting process, build a scalable finance routine, and provide meaningful insights through sound business planning and reporting.

As a member of the finance team, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a positive mindset. S/he will be open to taking a wide variety of responsibilities, including building and integrating finance processes cross-functionally as we scale.

Six-month expectations:

• Design and generate robust and accurate financial dashboards
• Liaising closely with the Accounting team to ensure seamless financial reporting and projections of financial performance.
• Drive automation throughout both the forecasting and reporting processes
• Develop KPIs and analyses to track metrics such as cash flow and working capital management
• Contribute to Ankorstore's success through sponsorship of positive partnerships with staff across the organization

Twelve-month expectations:

• Generate timely and accurate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives
• Partner with functional leads to institute a rhythm of financial forecast, review and budget discipline, including preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reviews for executive management
• Evolve the company-wide revenue forecast process, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Maintain detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic plans

Preferred experience

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4)
• Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure is required
• Experience in creating and scaling financial operations with best-in-class practices
• Experience with SQL, Anaplan, Spendesk, Tableau and other BI tools
• A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude
• High attention to detail with a dedication to data integrity and operational efficiency
• Team player with a strong work ethic, and drive to succeed
