About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our R&D organization and provide strategic financial guidance to Engineering Management. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the financial foundation for one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Software companies in Silicon Valley. We're looking for someone who is a strong business partner with the ability to deliver top-tier results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role will report to the R&D Finance Manager & is a remote position.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead beyond budgeting and planning - be a thought leader and partner with Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models that track and analyze functional costs and their impact on the company's overall performance
  • Assist in developing and executing the quarterly and annual financial planning processes for both Engineering investment and Cloud Margin
  • Support business partners with crucial financial metrics and key business analysis
  • Prepare executive-grade management reporting, summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Partner with Corp Accounting to perform month-end close activities and help drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Manage approvals for both hiring and purchase requisitions, striving to constantly deliver and improve our forecast accuracy

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 5+ years of hands-on FP&A experience in a high-growth company
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills required
  • Effective communication at a detailed level while having the ability to elevate for high-level consumption by executives
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Familiar with G-Suite would be helpful
  • Previous experience supporting an R&D Organization is a plus
  • Previous experience forecasting Cloud Margin is a big plus
  • Prior experience with Anaplan and NetSuite
