Reconcile key accounts and oversee the preparation of other reconciliations
Maintain acute awareness of cash forecasting and treasury management
Run payroll for the UK and US entities
Ensure accurate EU and UK VAT accounting and prepare VAT returns
Take responsibility for delivering the annual audit and statutory accounting process
Take responsibility for ensuring GDPR compliance in relation to Finance
Manage AP & AR processes and team members
Assist the wider Finance Team with other finance tasks as needed
Assist with the review process of the weekly payment run
Improve system integration and automations, playing an active role in

Partner with stakeholders across the business to collaborate on projects and

Assist with US finances for Luminary subsidiary including corporation tax returns,
Sales taxes, etc.
Complete more complex month end tasks including subscription revenue and returns

A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in UK

Experience producing (and/or auditing) statutory accounts for a company
A track record of meeting challenging deadlines
The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and to manage competing priorities
Exceptional written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with team members at all
