What will you be doing?

As a Partner Loan Specialist on the FC Partnerships Team, you will be working with our partners and the FC funnel teams to drive partner-funded originations. This is one of the FC's largest channels and will be a critical component of the business hitting our ambitious 2022 goals.

• Processing partner loan applications and ensuring all documentation and information is ready for the FC Underwriting Team. And for these approved partner loans, you will be responsible for supporting the partner in funding the loan.
• Managing multiple communication channels (email, Slack, Teams, calls) with our partners to follow up on outstanding items and help facilitate funded partner loans.
• Building an understanding of the wider SMB finance market to help the partner understand the unique value props of the FC loan product to drive further partner funded originations with FC.
• Synthesizing feedback - This role is on the front lines of the SMB lending landscape and the feedback we get from partners is critical to helping us maintain a unique loan product for small businesses.

• Organized to keep the flow of partner applications streamlined into the FC loan funnel
• Excited to work cross functionally with FC Funnel teams to ensure every application has what is needed for a credit decision
• Hungry to drive originations, this is a hybrid sales role and you will support our partners in selling our approved loans.
• Quick to learn. You get things quickly, can take on feedback and understand how to explain complex concepts and products to our partners.
• Someone who always digs deep. We're looking for people who will go the extra mile to make great things happen, you'll be flexible, up for trying new things and able to take change in your stride
