The Financial Access organization expands and enriches connections between Plaid and financial institution partners to create a foundation for new and differentiated products that enable people to have healthier financial lives. This global team enables innovation by opening access to tools and technology that were previously reserved for technology upstarts.

Plaid has an untapped opportunity with Financial Institutions of all sizes - both to secure the data supply that power Plaid's products as well as open new opportunities for these institutions and Plaid.

Plaid is looking for a proactive, energized industry executive to lead a team with a focus to unpack the opportunity with the mid-tier and long-tail FIs and lead a team to execute against the potential. The mid-market segment of FIs are the battle-ground for Plaid vs. our competitors. Success in this segment will solidify Plaid's position in the market. This leader will be integral to Plaid's long-term success within the Open Finance ecosystem

Success in this role will require leading/growing a team that constructively engages with mid-tier and long-tail FIs, both for data access (leading a team that will build a top-of-funnel pipeline, negotiate and sign data access agreements with financial institutions, and partnering with internal cross-functional teams to ensure proper capacity to integrate), but also as buyers of Plaid's products to support their own digital consumer experiences.
