Synergy Financial is growing and expanding in the United States. We are looking to add several key individuals to our team, who possess the following characteristics: background in sale/finance/education is a plus, enthusiastic, ambitious, money-motivated.

No previous experience, necessary, as we provide a world-class training program with hands-on training and mentorship to help our agents excel and thrive in an otherwise typically dog-eat-dog industry.

We have a very effective system that brings the community to us, so no cold calling, buying leads, mailing out flyers. Our biggest challenge is we have such a high volume of leads coming in, and not enough qualified licensed associates to handle the volume!

Currently seeking Associates located anywhere in the United States - this is a fully remote, work from home opportunity.

Some of our services include: 401K rollovers, annuities, life insurance, living benefits, death benefits, debt settlements, etc.

Requirements:

Must be 18+

Must not possess any criminal background, background check required

Extensive training - Must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours/week

Must pass State exam

Average entry-level compensation $4000/mo
