About the role

The Finance team is the backbone of Revolut's business. The department has grown from its humble beginnings to a major function that supports all areas of the business. They help us with the small details like remittance, and support us to make the big moves like assessing growth opportunities When you join our superstar Finance team you join the big leagues You'll get to work with players from all areas of the company: one day you are involved in a banking licence application process, the next you're running analysis for a new product launch and creating an executive summary of Revolut's performance for the board of directors. Someone to identify and measure our growth. An experienced individual who'll take profitability initiatives by acting as a strategic partner to key product and regional Heads of Department

What you'll be doing

• Leading strategic and financial planning processes (monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long range plan) assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation
• Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses
• Helping department owners and the Leadership team by developing frameworks to gain deep insights into revenue and margins across user segments and products while comparing performance to other regions
• Identifying, driving and measuring growth and profitability initiatives including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products and regions, acquisition targets, large deals and contracts

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in an established bank CFO team, strategy consulting at a top-tier company
• Strong experience in business planning, financial insights and business cases
• Strong quantitative and technical skills including complex financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Excel
• Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards;
• Track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
