Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

The Team

The objective of the Strategic Finance team is to accelerate the growth of Printify by identifying and implementing new opportunities. We partner with product and operational teams to improve the profitability and scalability of the business. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for driving high-impact initiatives.

The Role

As a Head of Strategic Finance, you will be the leader of the strategic finance function and partner with product/operations to maximize growth and optimize the company's financial performance. You will build the team, develop the framework of strategic finance, create complex financial and operational models, evaluate and help to choose the right company's growth initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage Strategic Finance team
• Ensure effective Finance and Product/Operations partnering to create alignment in strategic goals
• Driving results and holding teams accountable across the company
• Develop financial planning processes: Growth Model, KPIs and their review, Annual and Long Term plans
• Critically evaluate and advise on planned initiatives and expected return from possible investment opportunities, drive implementation
• Aligning plans, budgets, and forecasts with key stakeholders
• Involvement in financial market transactions

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, or FP&A in a high growth company
• Experience working in or with e-commerce or online marketplace companies
• Experience building high performing teams while being engaged in hands-on work
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders across business functions to drive impact
• Expert financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Experience in querying data and working with large datasets
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a rapidly scaling tech company and in-depth understanding of metrics relevant for the e-commerce marketplace business
• Experience in IPO or participated in large scale capital transactions
• Worked with Netsuite, financial planning systems, and BI tools
• High competence in SQL
