We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Ironclad FP&A team. This role can either be hybrid out of our SF office or fully remote, reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A in support of all FP&A processes. This position will manage key forecast processes. FP&A is a team that reports to the CFO and manages all Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and Financial Modeling for the company.

What You'll Do:

Be a strategic business partner to operating leaders and help them make better business decisions. Delivering insights to enable decision making based on data, KPIs and metrics.
Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and consolidates financials.
Consolidate monthly forecasts from all departments and create a detailed corporate forecast and present it to the CFO, COO & CEO monthly
Develop and delivers executive analysis and reporting packages to leadership team,
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to Business leaders & Partners.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams in setting up goals, forecast to measure product performance
Setup and improve reporting automation to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Work with accounting, operations, analytics and other departments to build finance systems for scale
Work closely with other FP&A team members in Implementing planning and analysis software.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, VC/PE
Ability to work with disparate data sources, connect the dots and tell a story for the operators
Excellent skills with Excel including pivot tables and vlookup
Experience using an ERP system (preferably Netsuite, but not required)
Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills
True team player, ability to work effectively with peers and other departments.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight
