About the Opportunity

The FP&A team at Beamery is working with stakeholders across the entire company to enable better and faster decisions and ensure we are focused on the right things. They help manage revenue and forecast reports, monitor expenses for the company and partner with all teams to ensure that we drive business outcomes that are in alignment with our values and strategic goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and get experience into a high growth SaaS business, shape the FP&A and help accelerate growth. You will help evaluate and determine overall strategy for resource investment, headcount planning and build new analyses, models, and reports to provide more actionable data to leaders.

What will you be doing at Beamery?

• Maintain and provide visibility of performance tracking report - health of business reviews, sales efficiency and productivity metrics
• Build and enhance our short and long term forecasting models to support growth and ensure scalability of forecasting processes
• Partner with budget owners and business leadership across Beamery to support planning and forecasting
• Provide financial expertise and strategic support, including helping with new business opportunities
• Partner with the wider finance team and other (Revenue Operations, Engineering, Product) to guide strategy and decision making
• Consolidate, standardize, and improve SaaS KPIs reportings; synthesize data to draw insights ensuring that all assumptions are challenged and understood

What we're looking for

• 3+ Years of relevant Finance Experience, prior SaaS experience is a plus
• University degree or studying towards from a top-tier university in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, passionate about what they do and works well both independently and as a part of a team.
• Excitement to work in fast-paced environment and shape a function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical solutions to stakeholders
• Experience using Netsuite, Salesforce and/or similar systems
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI (we use Tableau) or SQL, Python is a plus
