As Figma's Director of Global Compensation you'll be a key player in building and managing global compensation and rewards during a dynamic and high growth phase. You'll use your analytical and critical thinking skills to design competitive compensation programs for Figmates globally.

This role can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the US.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Support Figma's values, goals, and culture by leading the design, development, and implementation of global compensation programs
  • Lead critical compensation programs and processes such as semi-annual compensation review cycles
  • Support VP, Total Rewards in Board & Compensation Committee material preparation
  • Regularly analyze and assess market competitiveness of all compensation programs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and assess the market competitiveness of Figma's global compensation offerings
  • Lead, plan, and manage effective communications and education of compensation programs. Create and update compensation communications on intranet and at regular touchpoints with Figmates
  • Partner with People Ops, Sales Enablement, HR Systems, Legal, and Finance in the review and set-up of compensation programs
  • Stay up to date on compliance updates and requirements. Update policies and programs to align with any regulatory changes
  • Ensure compensation plans and programs are aligned with local, state, and federal laws

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience leading and driving compensation programs in a multinational company
  • Sophisticated knowledge of compensation strategy and design
  • Sophisticated experience with executive compensation, with tech industry experience preferred
  • Experience leading U.S. compensation via Workday
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GoogleSheets/Excel
  • Ability to collaborate with teams in a dynamic and globally matrixed environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to form relationships with various leaders across the organization
  • Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency
