About The RoleThe Channel Sales team is a strategic part of Rippling's sales org and go to market approach. We work with partners like Insurance Brokers, Accountants, HR Consultants, and resellers to bring the Rippling product to market.Even if you don't meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply. What You Will Do

  • Own sales & strategy for the Accountant Channel sales team
  • Own hiring & retention for a team that's expected to double within 12 months in the US
  • Own organizational quota-roll up
  • Leverage data to influence channel strategy and requirements
  • Partner with key sales cross-functional partners (marketing, operations, product, analytics) to execute against global business objectives.
  • Partner with enablement team to refresh and keep sales/product education up to date
What You Will Need
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a track record of successfully leading sales orgs in a RVP or equivalent role
  • Should include at least 2 years managing other leaders
  • Experienced global people leader who sets clear goals, aligns teams and builds and delivers a culture of ownership, inspiration and feedback.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and B2B go-to-market motions and roles.
  • Channel specific experience is a bonus
  • Insurance or 401k channel experience is a bonus
